He now serves as the Assistant Director of Corporate Competition for the last 3 years at the Iowa Sports foundation where he oversee's the Quad Cities, Corridor, & Cedar Valley Corporate Games totaling over 80 companies and 10,000 plus participants. Before joining iJAG, Dr. Mihm-Herold served for 13 years as Vice President for Business and Community Solutions at Northeast Iowa Community College.
